Academy artists Theresa Cutknife, Charlotte Dennis, Landon Krentz, Ziska Louis, and Durae McFarlane, under the leadership of Gregory Prest, take you into the stairwell of a classic Toronto low-rise apartment building where relationships begin and end, dancers live out their fantasies, deals are made, hearts are broken, seasons change, food is delivered, and lonely souls communicate with their lost loves.A bilingual production in American Sign Language and English, The Walk-Up is a lyrical, complex, and funny poem to the spaces in-between.
